According to the very recent report from Google Chrome Releases, Chrome team has updated Stable channel  to 23.0.1271.94 for all Chrome OS Devices. The Dev channel has been updated to 25.0.1324.1 (Platform versions 3196.4.0) for Samsung Chromebooks.
