Stable channel has been updated to 23.0.1271.95

According to the recent update the Stable channel of a Google Chrome browser has been updated to 23.0.1271.95 for Windows, Mac, Linux, and ChromeFrame platforms. We witnessed several security fixes and rewards as mentioned below. You can get your eyes on  the Chromium security page for more detail about this update. The Dev channel has been updated to 25.0.1324.1 (Platform versions 3196.4.0) for Samsung Chromebooks. Chrome for iOS has been updated to Chrome 23
