How To Skip Ads On YouTube

Advertisements are always a great way for Web sites that provide free services that help us to earn a revenue. When ads pop up on YouTube, they're not too much of an issue, and are generally viewed as inevitable. However, if you're trying to find a specific video, you always need to wait for at least 20- to 30-second each time.

That becomes very frustrating for all of us. Fortunately for Chrome users there is an extension called, 'Skip ads on YouTube - No illegal block'. That extension allows you to skip the ads and get straight to the video. The skip button is pretty simple. While watching a video on YouTube, a small blue icon appears at the top of it. Clicking on it will skip the current ad immediately.



After installing that Skip ads on YouTube - No illegal block extension, you will get a new button on YouTube which skips the current ad and start the main video. You can save time while watching videos on YouTube by skipping ads. If losing about 30 seconds before watching a 1:45 video is such a pain for you, then you will really enjoy it.

While browsing the video, once you get an ad that plays before your video, click on the blue play button that the extension adds above the video. The ad should end and the video should start playing. Requiring a conscious decision to skip ads is actually a nice feature of this extension. Add 'Skip ads on YouTube - No illegal block' to Google Chrome.

Beta channel has been updated to 24.0.1312.27
